Rönesans’ signature Moscow skyscraper clinches the “Best International” award
After Europe, Rönesans’ best-selling project Neva Towers, a mega skyscraper project sitting on Moscow’s landmark Moscow City, has topped its global competitors as well. Neva Towers won first prize at the “Best International Residential High-Rise Architecture” category of“International Property Awards” to become the first award winning project of Russia in this field.
Built by Renaissance Construction, a subsidiary of Rönesans Holding, and set for completion until 2020 with all its stages, Neva Towers not only breaks sales records with its outstanding qualities but also garners awards, honoring our country. Following recent achievements in Europe, the project has now won the most prestigious global award of its category.
Shortly after taking home the European Property Awards for “Best Residential High-Rise Development Project” and “Best Mixed-Use Architecture” in London, Neva Towers now shines at the “International Property Awards”, also known as the Oscars of real estate, winning over regional finalists.
A multidisciplinary jury of 70 members evaluated finalists, and Neva Towers outscored a number of quality projects from different parts of the world, from the U.S. to Dubai, Hong Kong and Australia. The project achieved a phenomenal success receiving the “Best International Residential High-Rise Architecture”. Developed by Rönesans Holding, Neva Towers also made history as the first award winner of Russia in this category. Neva Towers’ victory also adds prestige to “Moscow City”, the business and life center of Moscow. At Neva Towers, the residential building and podium space are planned for delivery in December 2018, and the second tower in 2020.
